Just getting this blog started. I hope to share info/ideas with others in the area of developing outdoor skills, prepping and general chit-chat.

- Spent a lifetime a lifetime ago as a soldier, traveling the world doing whatever the Army could throw my way. Christian-Conservative-Patriot that believes in SMALL goverment and the rights of all to chose their path in life. (And no...I'm not gonna try to convert the heathens...but I WILL listen to them and share my thoughts). Still working on being a better Dad...even tho I have raised my son by myself...that job never stops. Looking forward to learning from everyone out there.
